Laurie Babin, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 40 years of experience spanning healthcare providers, payers, and the software industry. She has built a distinguished career leading revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, and advancing strategic initiatives that improve organizational outcomes and patient financial experiences. Known for her strong leadership and mentorship, Laurie has consistently developed high-performing teams while achieving positive margin and revenue targets. Her expertise includes creating value and ethical decision making, managing positive margin and revenue targets, and providing strategic direction across healthcare and software industries.
Most recently, Laurie served as Chief Revenue Officer at BrightSpring Health Services, where she provided executive leadership over enterprise-wide revenue cycle functions, guiding strategy and innovation to support long-term organizational goals. Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Laurie is actively involved in professional and community organizations and is passionate about mentoring future leaders. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and is a Master Gardener in Laramie.
