Lisa Lamppert brings more than 30 years of leadership, training, and professional experience to the classroom, with a focus on connecting management theory to real-world practice. Prior to her work in higher education, she held executive leadership roles in industry, including serving as Chief of Operations for a neurotechnology company in California. She also supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through her work with the Larimer Small Business Development Center. Her professional and academic interests center on leadership development, strategic thinking, and helping students apply management concepts in meaningful and practical ways.
