Kim Magee

Dr. Kim Magee is a part-time instructor specializing in online course delivery in the Management and Marketing Department. She teaches human resource courses in talent acquisition, performance management and compensation and is dedicated to preparing the next generation of organizational leaders. Her teaching focuses on equipping students with practical people skills needed to navigate in any organization and succeed as employees, managers and HR professionals.   

Dr. Magee brings over 25 years of executive leadership in human resources at The Coca-Cola Company. Her last role at Coca-Cola was HR Director for Southeast Asia (based in Singapore) where she led the HR function across eight countries. Her team was responsible for building an organizational culture and operating environment to attract, develop and retain a high-performing workforce. Dr. Magee held similar positions in southern Africa (based in Johannesburg) and the Middle East and northern Africa (based in Dubai). Prior to working overseas, Dr. Magee worked at the Coca-Cola headquarters in Atlanta in a variety of global training and development and HR generalist roles.
