How do I get my laptop video to display on the projector?

First ensure your laptop is connected with the VGA or HDMI cable at the lectern. If the room is equipped with a touch panel, select the laptop source button, and then the projector button (if present). If necessary, on a windows device, pressing and holding the windows logo key and then pressing the ‘P’ key will allow you to choose a presentation display mode (duplicate, extend, PC screen only, second screen only). Can I receive training in a classroom?

Yes! and a CTS technician will schedule a time. Pease include the classroom you will be instructing in, as well as some available times.


Where can I access WyoCast Recordings?

Recordings are available in the wyocast catalog at . Please note some recordings require logging in with your UWYO credentials by selecting "Welcome Guest" in the upper right corner of the browser window.


Will CTS replace the lamp in our classroom?

Yes! . We keep some common lamps in stock, others may require a quote and order.
