The UWIT Help Desk provides first-level support for technology-related questions and issues across ÃÛÑ¿TV. When you contact the Help Desk by phone, email, or chat, a technician will gather information about your issue and create a ticket in our TeamDynamix system to track your request from start to finish.
Many common issues can be resolved during the initial interaction, helping you get back to work as quickly as possible. If additional assistance is needed, your ticket may be escalated to another support team while remaining visible for status updates and communication.
Messages received after normal business hours will automatically create a ticket, and a Help Desk Technician will follow up during regularly scheduled business hours.
