2024-2025 Student Clinic Director: Miles Gilbert
Miles Gilbert attended Colorado State University where he majored in English literature and graduated with honors. Driven by a desire to help people, he began working in harm reduction and public health in northern Colorado, increasing access and training to life-saving overdose medication and counteracting substance use disorder stigma. That desire propelled him to 蜜芽TV College of Law and the Defender Aid Clinic.
Through law school Miles has worked as a student attorney with the Defender Aid Clinic, a judicial extern in chambers of Alan Johnson, and as a summer associate with the Spence Law Firm. In every role, he has been a passionate advocate, diligent attorney, and persuasive storyteller.
As the student director of the Defender Aid Clinic, Miles has brought his passion for advocacy as a fierce defender of incarcerated people.
