P&T Committee  

All contact from PhRMA representatives regarding matters directly related to the P & T Committee should be made through the DUR program at 蜜芽TV School of Pharmacy. Provision of written materials or opportunity for live presentation to the Committee may be requested by contacting Aimee Lewis, DUR Manager, at alewis13@uwyo.edu, or by calling 307-766-6750. If Committee members are approached concerning a specific Committee issue, they may refer the representative to the DUR program.

This policy is being made in order to ensure that all Committee members are provided the same information for use in decision-making. In addition, because proceedings of the P&T Committee are public, all information provided should be made available in a public forum instead of private, one-on-one conversations.
