Undergraduate Graduation Checklist

  • Declare Graduation Date at the Office of the Registrar by completing an Anticipated Graduation Date Form

  • Perform degree check with the Geology Department鈥檚 designated Degree Analyst in the Office of the Registrar (Recommended), /registrar/degree_evaluations/

  • Pay Graduation and Diploma Fee at Cashier's Office

  • Check with the Cashier's Office regarding any other financial obligations to UW!

  • Complete Geology Graduate Questionnaire
