Campus Recreation

This is a group fitness class tailored to a slightly older demographic than the typical college age. It gives this population the opportunity to build community support and work toward achieving fitness goals together. Objectives are to improve overall health, increase confidence, learn proper movement mechanics and enjoy this fun and motivating environment.

Summer 2026 Program details | May 26 - August 21

  • Classes will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Functional Fitness Space on the first floor from 12:10 - 1:00 pm.
  • Pickleball: nothing has been reserved officially, but drop-in court space should be available.
  • Register for class using the Campus Rec App on fitDEGREE** An active Campus Recreation Membership or daily pass is required to attend classes.
