The 2026 Critical Minerals Leadership Academy (CMLA) will be held from September 15th-23rd, 2026, in Laramie, Wyoming. Sponsored by the US Department of Energy and hosted by the University of Wyoming School of Energy Resources, graduate students and early career professionals invested in critical minerals research and development across the supply chain – including those working in geology, engineering, data analytics, business, community engagement, social science, law, policy, and other disciplines – are encouraged to apply to this program designed to build capacity and expertise in the this emerging field.

The CMLA 2026 program comprises lectures, workshops, and field excursions in Wyoming, showcasing both conventional and unconventional critical mineral research and development.

Airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the airport, and some meals will be provided. These accommodations will be subject to ÃÛÑ¿TV's travel policies.
