Student International Travel to Countries with NO Advisories

Pre-Trip Requirements for International Travel to countries with :

  1. Receive travel approval from the appropriate Student Travel Approver.
    1. If this is group travel, the approval will be obtained by the group leader and they should inform you this step is complete.
  2. following any instructions provided by your Approver
  3. Students traveling for credit must also record travel information on the
  4. Enroll in Department of State
  5. Complete the required release of liability form provided to you by your Approver or UW Risk Management.
  6. Complete the Authorized Absence form if you are requesting authorized absences for the trip.
  7. Review the International Travel Checklist
