Wyoming Primary Care Association is pleased to be working with the Wyoming Center on Aging at ÃÛÑ¿TV on an effort to encourage more seniors to take advantage of their Annual Wellness Visit (AWV). (AWV) is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider (PCP) to create or update a personalized prevention plan.
